Our sourcing is global—we source across Europe, the United States and Asia. In simple terms: you tell us which item you’re looking for, and our team handles the sourcing, using our worldwide network to find exactly what you want.
Yes—of course. Sourcing sold-out items is one of our specialties and one of the things that sets us apart. When an item is no longer available in boutique or is completely sold out, we source it and track it down until we find it for you
It depends on the item, but in most cases, sourcing takes between 7 and 12 days. If it’s a really hard-to-find piece (the almost-impossible kind), it can take up to 1 month—we do it properly, and we keep searching until we find it.
To start your sourcing, we just need the key item details (brand/model, a photo or reference link, and specs like color and size). With that, our team shares an estimated price and requests a sourcing fee as a guarantee to begin the search. This sourcing fee is refundable only if, after completing the sourcing, we’re unable to secure the item you requested; and once your piece is confirmed, we request full payment to finalize the purchase.
Of course—you can request multiple items. We can manage multiple searches at the same time in a very organized, streamlined way; just keep in mind each item has its own sourcing process, so it’s confirmed and secured individually with its own sourcing fee. That way, every request has dedicated sourcing focused on that specific piece.
All sales are final sale. We don’t accept returns or exchanges once your order is confirmed and processed, since each piece is sourced and handled specifically for you.
Yes—always. Every item is 100% authentic and comes with its original packaging. We purchase directly from the boutique from the start—resellers… not our thing—so we can confidently assure you each piece is completely genuine.
